Who Needs an FFi Freedom Card?

Everyone needs an FFi Freedom Card! No more fumbling through your wallet or purse to find the customer loyalty number that you need. No more struggling to remember critical information. Your spouse, your children, seniors - everyone has a need for the FFi Freedom Card. The possibilities are endless!

How does my FFi Freedom Card eliminate carrying all of my customer loyalty cards with me?

Very Simple. Once you have all of your customer loyalty card numbers on your FFi Freedom Card you just need to give the specific loyalty number to the cashier. She will enter the number, your account information will come up and you will get any discounts and credits you are entitled to. This eliminates the need to carry all of your customer loyalty cards with you.

How long does it take to receive my FFi Freedom Card?

In the United States and Canada allow 3-4 weeks delivery time to receive your card after you have submitted it for printing. In the international market allow 5-6 weeks for delivery time after you have submitted your card for printing. When you submit your personalized card for printing you may print a temporary paper copy of your FFi Freedom card to use while you wait.

Why do I need an access code to create my card?

Each FFi Freedom Card is unique to the person that creates it. Your access code is unique to your card and it allows you to access the card builder software to design and submit your card for printing. It also ensures that you will receive your own uniquely designed card.

I purchased an access code certificate directly from a friend. How do I redeem it and build my card?

Go to the FFi Freedom Card website that is provided on your Access Code Certificate. Click on Redeem Access Code and follow the simple instructions to begin building your card.

I am an FFi distributor or a Preferred Customer. I purchased an access code through my back office. How do I redeem it and build my card?

Login to your back office. Click on Access Codes and go to Access Codes Available. Click on Create A Card beside the access code you want to use and begin building your card.

Do I have to fully complete my card the first time that I log into the Card Builder?

No, you can log out of the card builder at any time before you submit your FFi Freedom Card for printing. You can come back to work on it by using the link you received in an email when you activated your access code. You can also return to work on it by logging in to your back office and clicking on Access Codes. Go to Activated Access Codes and click on Design to continue working on your card.

How do I order a duplicate FFi Freedom Card?

How do I order additional cards with different information?

You can order as many cards as you and your family need. Simply go to the website where you purchased your card or log into your back office, click on Shop and purchase as many cards as you would like. As a Preferred Customer the cost is $22 for each additional card. As a Premium member your cost is only $17 for each additional card.

Can I send a check instead of using a credit card for payment?

If you are in the USA you can purchase your card with a check using our online payment system. Not applicable outside of the USA.

What are the FFi Freedom Cards made from?

At FFi we focus on being environmentally friendly. The FFi Freedom card is made of teslin. It is a strong synthetic paper product that has the feel of PVC cards without the environmental hazards. The teslin card is biodegradable and completly safe for the environment and for your family.

Does my FFi Freedom Card ever expire?

No. The numbers on your FFi Freedom Card are customized by you. They will be valid as long as your personalized information is current.

What if my card is lost in the mail?

In the United States and Canada please wait 4 weeks after submitting your FFi Freedom Card for printing. In the international market please wait 6 weeks after submitting your FFi Freedom Card for printing. If the card has still not arrived contact customer service. Please have a copy of your confirmation number available. The confirmation number will be on the confirmation email that you received when you submitted your card for printing.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

When you create your card, your data is securely stored. The process to make a copy of a card that you previously created will be available shortly. You will be able to purchase another card and make a copy of any card you have previously submitted for printing.

Can I put credit card or debit card information on my FFI Freedom Card?

No. The FFi Freedom Card is not a replacement for credit or debit cards.

Is my information protected?

Yes. Our system is secure and we do not share your information with anyone. See our Privacy Policy on the Home web page. You do have the option of having us not save your information by unchecking the Save My Information box on the page to submit your card for printing. Remember if you choose not to save the information, the next card you print will need to have all information re-entered.

Why is my temporary card that I printed larger than a wallet size card?

The temporary card is printed in a larger version. Your FFi Freedom Card will arrive wallet sized.

I purchased several cards and was charged a $2 shipping and handling fee for each one. Why?

When a card is created and submitted for printing it is immediately sent to be printed and shipped. We do not wait until all of the cards that you have purchased are created and submitted for printing. Each card is shipped individually as soon as it comes off the printing press. This allows us to send your personalized FFi Freedom Card quickly.

Can I change any information on my card after I create it?

You can go back and change any information on your card up until you submit it for printing. After submitting it for printing you cannot make any changes. You have the choice of securely saving your original information so it can be edited on any additional cards that you purchase.

If I make a data entry error and submit my card for printing will FFi replace my card for free?

You are responsible to ensure that the information that you enter on your card before submitting for printing is correct. Be sure to check your card closely in the Preview stage to make sure all information is correct. FFi will not replace any cards because of data entry error.

What if I go to use my card and the store refuses to acknowledge it?

In most cases all the store will need is your membership number which you have put right on your FFi Freedom Card. In rare instances photo I.D. may be required.

Can I customize my FFi Freedom Card with a personal picture?

Not at this time. This option may be available in the future.

Can I make money referring others to the FFi Freedom Card?

Yes. You can register as a Preferred Customer for free. This gives you your own unique website and you can earn money any time you refer somone to your website and they buy a card. You can also become a Distributor with FFi and have the potential to earn multiple streams of income. Full details are available on the website home page.

How can my friends order this card? What is in it for me?

At the bottom of your card is a website that anyone can order a card from. If you become a Preferred Customer by registering for free under the "Buy a Card and Earn Income" tab you will receive your own website to refer your friends to. You will earn money every time someone orders a card from your personal site. Earn more money by becoming a Distributor. See the "Get Paid to Use My Card" tab on the FFi Freedom Card website.

Does it cost me anything to earn money by referring others to the FFi Freedom Card?

No. You can register as a Preferred Customer for free and receive your own unique website. Simply click the box indicating that you would like to become a Preferred Customer when you purchase your card and input your information. Then, every time you refer someone to your website and they purchase a card, you earn a referral commission of $2.50 on each card they purchase as a retail customer and $1.50 on each card they purchase as a Preferred Customer.

You can also choose to become a Distributor of FFi. This will allow you to maximize your income potential with multiple streams of income by referring the FFi Freedom Card to others. Can I sell a card to someone in another country?

Yes, absolutely! FFi is a global company that does business in most of the world. Asia and Africa are the only regions of the world where consumers can not purchase an FFi Freedom card at this time. Currently you can offer our card and opportunity to anyone else around the world. We expect to be able to offer our card to the Asian and African markets in 2009. Simply send somebody to your website and they can purchase their card and create it right from there.

Why is it better to be a Preferred Customer than a regular customer?

You can register as a Preferred Customer for free. As a preferred Customer you can purchase any future cards for $22 instead of the regular retail price of $25. You also receive a free website to refer anyone to where they can purchase their FFi Freedom Cards and you earn referral commissions.

Why is it better to be a Distributor with FFi than just a Preferred Customer?

As a Distributor you can purchase your future cards for just $17 instead of the Preferred Customer rate of $22 per card.

How do I upgrade to become a Preferred Customer or a Distributor?

Click on the Shop button in your back office and click on the Upgrade option.

Is there a limit to how much money I can make referring people to my website to buy FFi Freedom Cards?

There is no limit on how much money you can make referring people to the FFi Freedom Card.

Do I get my own website when I order an FFi Freedom Card?

If you register for free as a Preferred Customer or you sign up to be a Distributor of FFi, you will receive your own unique website. Refer people to that website to order their own cards and you can earn referral fees. As a Distributor you can also earn several other streams of income. See details on the website.

When you finish creating your card and submit it for printing you will have the ability to print your temporary card. Your unique website url will be on that card so you can begin referring others to your website and start making money. Your website address will also be sent to you in a confirmation email.

Can I choose whatever username I want for my website other than my own name?

Yes. You can choose any user name you like as long as it is not already taken by someone else. We do not allow usernames that contain any profanity.

What is the maximum number of characters that I can have in my username?

15 characters is the maximum amount of characters that your user name can have. We recommend that you keep your username short so it is easy to give to your customers with less chance of error. You can not use any "special" characters in your user name.

How do I sell the FFi Freedom Card?

As a Preferred Customer or an FFi Distributor you can simply send someone to your unique website to purchase a card. You will receive commissions for that sale. You can also sell them an access code out of the Available Access Codes under Access Codes in the back office of your website.

Can I sell or give away any access codes that I have purchased?

Yes. The FFi Freedom Card is the perfect, unique gift to give to someone special. You can sell an Access Code to someone else for the full retail price and earn a retail profit.

Click on Access Codes located in the back office of your website. Under Access Codes Available you can print the Access Code Certificate to sell or give to someone. You can also email it to them right from your back office.

If you sell or give away an Access Code, that person must go to your website to redeem that Access Code and create their FFi Freedom Card. Your website will be on the Access Code Certificate that you sell or give to them to make it easy for them. Full instructions are provided on the Access Code Certificate that you print off or email.

Why would I purchase the Freedom Pack of 15 cards? I don't personally need 15 cards.

By purchasing the Freedom Pack of 15 cards for $255 you are receiving your cards for only $17 each. This is a 32% discount from the retail price of $25 per card.

Use the cards from your 15 pack that you need for yourself and your family. Then sell the rest of the Access Codes for the cards to people that you show your FFi Freedom Card to. Sell these cards at the full retail price of $25 and you will earn a retail profit of $8 per card.

When people see the card, they want one - it is an easy process. You can also give the Access Codes for the cards away as a unique gift for family, friends or co-workers.

As an example, you could use 5 cards for you and your family. Sell the other 10 cards for $25 each (plus $2 shipping and handling fee) and you have nearly paid for your initial purchase.

Why am I charged $2 shipping and handling on each of the cards that I purchase at the time of purchase?

You are simply pre-paying the shipping charge on the cards to make the process simpler for the end user of the FFi Freedom Card. If you give one of the cards as a gift then the recipient of the gift will not have to pay the shipping and handling fee because you have already paid it. When you sell one of the Access Codes for the card, add the $2 shipping and handling fee to the retail price of $25 to recoup your pre-paid shipping costs.

What do I get in the Starter Kit when I become a Distributor?

You receive "The RoadMap to Success" training manual. This will give you a simple step by step system to acheive the level of success that you want in your business.

You will also have access to a complete back office which will allow you to monitor your earnings in real time as well as keep you current on all important business and company updates.

Finally, you will receive a company magazine along with assorted FFi brochures and literature to help with your business.

How do I know what my website URL is to refer other people to?

Your website is "yourusername.fficard.com" The username is the one that you chose when you signed up as a Preferred Customer or Distributor. This website URL is on your FFi Freedom Card as well as the temporary card you can print off once you have submitted your card for printing. It is also in the confirmation emails that you received when you placed your order and when you submitted your card for printing.

What are "Referral Slips" and where can I find them?

To make it easy for you to refer customers to your website you can click on Referral Slips in your back office and print a sheet of Referral Slips to give to potential card buyers. This feature will be available shortly.

Do I have to submit sales taxes (state tax, GST, PST, etc.) when I sell someone an Access Code?

No. You are charged this tax when you initally purchase the FFi Freedom Card. This sales tax is remitted on your behalf by FFi. Just remember to relay this tax charge to your customer when you sell them the Access Code so you can recoup your initial tax outlay. In this way the end user of the card is paying the tax and you do not have to submit sales taxes on your access code sales.

What if someone copies the FFi Freedom Card idea?

It is not possible to patent the process of making the FFi Freedom Card. Undoubtedly others will attempt to copy the idea. We fully expect this. However there is a very complicated amount of programming that has been required to design the card. FFi will have first mover advantage as we launch on a global scale while others try to catch up. Our plan is to dominate the marketplace long before any competitors are ever ready.

How can I stop receiving emails from FFi?

Click on the "Opt Out" button at the bottom of the email you received and you will be taken off of the FFi mailing list.

Is this an illegal pyramid scheme?

No. FFi is a direct sales company selling a very useful and valid product in the market place. Pyramid schemes are illegal and have no useable product.
